The Wisdom Heart Way:
 Deep Dharma for Modern LivesÂ
You’ve touched something real. Why doesn’t it stay?
Here’s how spiritual awakening tends to happen.
You have moments when something opens - a quiet clarity, a sense of wholeness. The feeling that your life is aligned with something true.
And then… it fades.
Old patterns return:Â Reactivity. Effort. Distraction.
Not because you’ve failed.
Because awakening—on its own—is not yet stable.
And what’s needed next is different.  A Way of Awakening.
The Wisdom Heart Way is not a course.
It is an Awakening Accelerator—a living environment where awakening stabilizes, deepens, and is expressed in and as your life.
You don’t just learn practices. You enter a field where practice becomes consistent, patterns begin to untangle, and your life starts to reorganize around what is true.
I create, convene, and curate this field—so you don’t have to do this alone.
"These teachings allowed a lifetime of understanding to actually come alive in my daily life-perhaps even as me. I’m being led into myself and the present moment with gratitude, gentleness, and real peace."
 — Lisa Sferiazza Johnson
We open the door three times a year.
Wherever you enter, the work meets you there—and begins.
Let's begin.How the Accelerator Works
The Wisdom Heart Way unfolds through a spiral of three interwoven seasons of practice:
Meditate
Here, we explore what helps to stabilize attention. As resistance softens, you learn to rest more deeply in Presence.
HealÂ
Support the inner work of meeting and blessing the unfinished past so old wounds, protective patterns, and contractions no longer organize your life.
Act
In this turn of the spiral, encounter the natural flowering of practice and healing. Awakening is not merely a peak experience or altered state. It is the growing capacity to live from what you truly are.
“My spirituality used to feel separate from my life.
Now my practice, relationships, work, and even sleep are all facets of the same gently awakening experience. These teachings are elegant, complete, and utterly transformational.”
— Michele Christensen
With each turn of the spiral,Â
- Meditation becomes something you return to naturally
- Emotional patterns lose their grip
- Reactivity softens into awareness
- Relationships become more real and less defended
- A clearer sense of purpose continues to emerge
And over time, what begins as practice becomes a way of living.
Who This Is For
People arrive here at very particular moments.
- You’ve had real experiences of presence, insight, or awakening.
- You know something true—but it isn’t consistent.
- You don’t need more information.
- You want integration.
Some have practiced for years. Some are just beginning to take this seriously.
But there’s a shared recognition: Surface-level spirituality is no longer enough.
 "It’s unexpected and deeply meaningful.
The sense of connection has been just as important as the teachings themselves.”
— Jean Van Bonn
My Simple Invitation to You
I’ve spent over 50 years immersed in contemplative practice, depth psychology, and discovering how to live an awakening life in a living world.
Again and again, I see the same pattern:
People awaken but don’t have the structures, support, or field
to stabilize it.
The Wisdom Heart Way is the response to that.
A place where awakening is not just glimpsed— but lived.
"Something about the Wisdom Heart approach makes everything feel new and inspires me to go deeper.”
— Bruce Symonds
